Hearst Magazines debuts the print version of Delish Philippines today, July 15, 2026. The launch signals a strategic focus on the country’s food and beverage sector, positioning the brand to capture market share by leveraging regional culinary insights and premium content.

Its maiden issue targets the intersections of heritage, regional tourism, and the evolving Filipino culinary economy, beginning in the Cordilleras with nine home-cooked dishes shared by culinary experts Jocelyn Kapuno, Pil-od Acop Ano, and Chavi Romawac.

The brand also documents dishes from Bulacan and Iloilo, and includes a feature on the favorite dishes of national heroes
