The Business Manual is set to hold this year’s GrowthCon, the summit aimed to empower Philippine micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on July 23 at Samsung Hall at SM Aura Premier, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Guided by the theme of “Unlocking the New Growth Playbook,” GrowthCon 2026 will include panel discussions and networking opportunities where participants can scale their businesses through vision, discipline, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Here’s What to Expect at GrowthCon 2026

The Killer Pitch Competition

GrowthCon 2026 will also spotlight AI-powered solutions from aspiring entrepreneurs during the Killer Pitch Competition, showcasing how AI can solve current issues faced by MSMEs.

The Killer Pitch Competition is open to groups of three (3) members consisting of any of the following:

  • Startups & early-stage founders (0–3 years)
  • MSME owners looking to scale
  • Business & entrepreneurship students (3rd–4th year)

Groups submitting an entry must be subscribed to The Business Manual to apply for the competition. Submissions will be accepted until July 13, 2026

Shortlisted groups will receive an email for confirmation of their participation in the final pitch competition on July 23, 2026.

Lessons From Industry Leaders

GrowthCon will feature leaders and experts from various industries and sectors to share their experiences and insights on scaling. Each panel talk will tackle specific components of scaling: vision, discipline, and AI.
