Job search platform Kalibrr released its 2026 list of the Top 50 Employers in the Philippines, ranking local and international companies on workplace culture.
Makati-based job search platform Kalibrr announced its 2026 list of the Top 50 Employers in the Philippines on June 17.
Among the 50 companies on the list are local businesses such as the Jollibee Group, Ardent World Inc. (AWI), Aboitiz Power, BPI, Billease, Eskwelabs, First Gen Corp., GCash, Ginebra San Miguel, Kollab, LBC Express, Likha-IT, Love, Bonito, Mary Grace Cafe, Monde Nissin, Remedy Skin Solutions, and Sprout Solutions.
Also joining the list are international companies like the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Coca-Cola, Adidas, Bayer, Colgate-Palmolive, Decathlon, DHL, Emma Sleep, Emerson, Expedock, the Financial Times, Grab, Google, Höegh Autoliners, Johnson & Johnson, Kadence International, KPMG, Levi Strauss & Co., 3M, Macquarie Group, Nestlé, PriceWaterhouseCooper (PWC), QNE Software, SalesForce, SlideGenius, the Shangri-La Group, Siemens, ThinkBIT, Thumbtack, Toyota, Turnitin, Unilever, Ylopo.
“The organizations recognized in this year’s Top 50 understand that success is not measured solely by revenue or growth. It is measured by the impact they have on people,” Kalibrr CEO and co-founder Paul Rivera said in the June 17 announcement. “These companies are helping define what workplace excellence looks like in the Philippines today.”
2026 marks the second consecutive year Kalibrr released its list that recognizes the country’s companies with the strongest work cultures.
The job platform assessed companies that applied to be considered for the list based on several factors, including employee satisfaction, opportunities for growth, organizational pride, and likelihood to recommend their employer to others.
The list is based on insight from members of Kalibrr’s community of more than 8 million Filipino professionals and recruiters, alongside HR leaders and independent third-party data sources.
The platform noted that companies that ranked high on these factors tend to invest in employee growth and foster high-trust work environments.
