Belo Medical Group Names Gina Lorenzana as New CEO
Lorenzana steps in with over two decades of global leadership experience.
Belo Medical Group has announced the appointment of Gina Lorenzana as its new Chief Executive Officer.
In a statement, Lorenzana expressed how thrilled she is to join the Belo Medical Group, a brand that she says she has long admired “for its leadership, excellence, and transformative impact.”
“What Belo has achieved over the last three decades is extraordinary,” said Lorenzana. “I look forward to working with the team to continue shaping the future of beauty and wellness in the Philippines–and beyond.”
Dr. Vicki Belo, who held the role of CEO prior to Lorenzana’s appointment, will continue to serve the company as the Chairwoman of the Board and Founding Medical Advisor.
“As the founder of Belo Medical Group, my mission has always been to advance the field of medical aesthetics—not just by growing our business, but by pioneering innovations, introducing world-class technologies, and nurturing the next generation of aesthetic leaders,” said Dr. Belo.

Leadership Across Different Industries
Equipped with more than two decades of global leadership experience, Lorezana is best known for her track record from Unilever. She previously held executive leadership roles within Unilever, including Global Vice President Fabric and Fashion, Regional Vice President for Asia Africa Middle East, VP Personal Care Philippines, and Marketing Director in Indonesia and China.
She currently serves as an Independent Director for Century Pacific Food Inc. and Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc.
Lorenzana is also a Fellow at the International Women’s Forum and is a Certified International Director from INSEAD. In addition to these, the new Belo Medical Group CEO is a member of Women on Boards, the Corporate Governance Institute, and NOWCD (Women Corporate Directors).
Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr. is Chairman of the Board
The Belo Medical Group has also announced that Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr. will take up the role of Chairman of the Board as well as Medical Innovation Advisor of Belo Medical Group.
“This marks an exciting new chapter for Belo,” Dr. Kho said n a statement.
He also said that the new CEO’s vision is “deeply aligned with our values, and we’re confident that her leadership will help amplify Belo’s legacy and position the Philippines at the forefront of beauty and wellness.”
