Frequently Asked Questions
Rhiza Pascua is the Managing Director of Live Nation Philippines. She founded Music Management International (MMI) in 1996, building it into the leading concert promoter in the country before Live Nation Entertainment acquired MMI in April 2022, after which she was appointed to lead the local division.
Through MMI and Live Nation Philippines, Rhiza Pascua has produced concerts featuring Madonna, Coldplay, U2, Harry Styles, and Bruno Mars, among others. She began with smaller acts before progressively securing the world's largest touring names for Philippine audiences.
Live Nation Entertainment acquired Music Management International in April 2022. The acquisition integrated MMI's existing artist relationships and local market expertise into Live Nation's global infrastructure, with Rhiza Pascua retained to lead Live Nation Philippines and continue positioning the country as a destination for major international concert tours.
Rhiza Pascua was named Executive of the Year by Billboard Philippines in 2025 and received The Outstanding Filipinos in America Award in the Entertainment Category in 2022. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a law degree from Harvard University.
Pascua has stated that despite being a shared physical experience with thousands of people, a live concert remains an intensely personal exchange between the individual audience member and the artist onstage — a quality that distinguishes live events from recorded or streamed performances and sustains their cultural and commercial relevance.
