With the internet breaking barriers to access, anyone can now upskill online. Various platforms offer classes and courses that help learners expand their knowledge and build new skills.

One such platform is the TESDA Online Program. Available for free, the TESDA Online Program offers Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that can be taken at the learner’s own space and time.

Each category has subcategories wherein courses can be found. For example, under 21st Century Skills are Communication, Language Literacy, Environmental Literacy, and Digital Literacy. 

On the other hand, under Tourism are subcategories such as Bread and Pastry Production, Cookery, Food and Beverage Services, Front Office Services, and Housekeeping.

How to Enroll for a Course

Enrolling for any course in the TESDA Online Program is an easy and straightforward process. 

  1. Register through this link. An active email address is required to create an account.
  2. Verify the account through the email confirmation sent to your address.
  3. Create a profile.
  4. Select your preferred course.

Depending on the course, you may be automatically enrolled if you register correctly or you may be asked to provide an enrollment key. Should the latter be the case, the enrollment key will be provided within the course’s administration settings. 

Once you finish a course, you will get a Certificate of Completion. There is also an option to take a face-to-face assessment for National Certification. This can take place at any TESDA accredited assessment center or venue.
