TP LaunchPad reaches over 19,000 students in 2025
TP in the Philippines’ program supports students through talent development and career opportunities.
TP LaunchPad, TP in the Philippines (formerly Teleperformance)’s flagship university relations and student empowerment program, reached over 19,000 students nationwide in 2025.
The program supports young Filipinos as they transition from school to the workforce through interview workshops, campus tours, job fairs, and mentorship sessions.
It expanded its footprint across 40+ partner schools and deepened its role in bridging academic learning with real-world IT-BPM (Information Technology and Business Process Management) industry readiness, a milestone borne from TP’s collaboration with the academe.
Workforce Empowerment
TP LaunchPad generated thousands of career leads, implemented over 60 events nationwide, and facilitated 22 immersive site tours, giving students an introduction to the company’s operations.
“Through TP LaunchPad, we can impart talent development resources and career opportunities to the youth and the future workforce,” said Jeffrey Johnson, TP in the Philippines’ Chief People Officer.
“By investing in their development, we can ensure a sustainable future and career pipeline for the Philippine IT-BPM industry.”
Strengthened Partnerships
TP Launchpad also expanded its network of university alliances, including its new partnership with Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna and its digital learning arm, Mapua Malayan Digital College (MMDC).
The partnership consists of designing learning programs that integrate the demands of the IT-BPM sector in the curriculum, thus equipping graduates for near-hire readiness and future careers in the sector.
MMDC will, moreover, extend full scholarship grants to five TP employees under the MMDC Continuing Education Scholarship, allowing them to pursue higher education while advancing their careers.

TP recently signed a strategic partnership with Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL) and its digital learning arm, Mapua Malayan Digital College (MMDC) that will equip future graduates for a career in the IT-BPM sector and scholarship grants to TP employees wishing to pursue further studies with MMDC. Present for the signing were, (in photo from left) TP in the Philippines Director for External Relations Nicholas Frias, VP for Human Resources Rachel Cacabelos, MMDC Executive Director Dennis Tablante, and MMDC VP for Marketing and Admissions Jenny Chua.
Inclusivity Commitment
TP Launchpad also welcomed participants with hearing loss, in line with the company’s commitment to inclusion and opening opportunities for persons with disabilities,
It likewise partnered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority for its Enterprise-Based Education and Training program, enabling the company to make skills learning and IT-BPM-readiness more accessible for those from underserved communities.
TP Launchpad aims to forge more strategic collaborations, and remains central to TP’s mission of empowering the Filipino youth and strengthening the country’s IT-BPM workforce.
“Our investment in the Filipino workforce is something we take very seriously to ensure that we are providing access to the right resources to empower them in their careers,” said Johnson. “It is through our strategic partnerships that we can create a more positive impact to our communities, and we are excited for the other collaborations we have in the future.”
